Dataset Description	This is the 5 states 5000 cells synthetic expression file we used for validation of SimiC, a single cell gene regulatory network inference method with similarity constraints. Ground truth GRNs are stored in Numpy array format, and expression profiles of all states combined are stored in Pandas DataFrame in format of Pickle files.
